All E-products sold by Microtree Tech Solutions Private Limited are fully tested before delivery. These software codes are re-tested and checked for quality assurance before every upload and order.

We provide 180 days free worldwide support for executing every E-Product system sold by Microtree Tech Solutions Private Limited.

Microtree Tech Solutions Private Limited is not liable in case of payment failure. We do not have any refund policy. As we are selling an e-product and not a physical product, e-products cannot be returned by the customer.

Customers are advised to view the full video demo of the e-product before placing an order. Due to this, we do not accept returns for any order. Hence, we follow a no refund policy.

If payment authorization is not received or is cancelled, we may immediately terminate or suspend your access to the subscription.

Microtree Tech Solutions Private Limited may use quality third-party payment service providers to process payments. Payment options may include debit card, credit card, net banking transfer, wallet payments and other payment methods.

• In case the customer's computer crashes or software damages, the company will not be responsible.
• In case of problem in server or internet access, the company will not be responsible.
• If customers pay additional registration fees, it is the customer's responsibility.
• Any oral commitment of any dealer point and HO will not be considered.
