Microtree Tech Solutions Private Limited is not liable in case of payment failure. We do not have any refund policy. As we are selling an e-product and not a physical product, e-products cannot be returned by the customer.
Customers are advised to view the full video demo of the e-product before placing an order. Due to this, we do not accept returns for any order. Hence, we follow a no refund policy.
If payment authorization is not received or is cancelled, we may immediately terminate or suspend your access to the subscription.
