All E-products sold by Microtree Tech Solutions Private Limited are fully tested before delivery. These software codes are re-tested and checked for quality assurance before every uploads and order. We also provide 180 days (6 months) free worldwide support for executing on every E-Product systems sold by Microtree Tech Solutions Private Limited. Microtree Tech Solutions Private Limited is not liable in case of payment Failure. We don’t have any refund policy. As we are selling an e-product not the real physical product, e-product cannot be returned by customer. We advise all our customers to view full video demo of the e-product before placing an order. Due to which we do not accept returns to any order, hence we don’t have any refund policies (No refund). However software systems are not subject to cancellation/refund after source code delivery unless the software provided is not as described. All software having demo video with detailed explanation about the code and features, also Microtree Tech Solutions Private Limited provides long and short description about the E-Product in cart page. Customers are requested and advised to read all software features and terms and conditions in Microtree Tech Solutions Private Limited or contact our customer support for clarifications. These Conditions and the documents referred to in them, set out the entire agreement between the customers and Microtree Tech Solutions Private Limited any prior written or oral agreement between them relating to the subject matter of the Contract and the Purchaser acknowledges that in entering into the Contract, it has not relied on any representation not expressly set out in the Contract When you purchase a subscription, you must provide us with complete and accurate payment information. If we do not receive payment authorization or any authorization is subsequently cancelled, we may immediately terminate or suspend your access to your subscription. In suspicious circumstances we may contact the issuing bank/payment provider and/or law enforcement authorities or other appropriate third parties. If you are entitled to a refund under these terms and conditions we will credit that refund to the card or other payment method you used to submit payment, unless it has expired in which case we will contact you. Microtree Tech Solutions Private Limited will use the services of quality third party payment service providers to process your payment. Payment options are primarily through debit card, credit card, Net banking Transfer, wallet payments and etc. Microtree Tech Solutions Private Limited may offer other payment mechanisms from time to time.
